Policies

  • Can be returned for refund within 14 days of receiving your order
  • Can be exchanged within 14 days of receiving your order
  • The garments may not have been worn
  • The garments may not have been laundered
  • The garments may not have been altered
  • The garments may not have been damaged
  • Garments which have make up, deodorant, hairspray or any other personal hygiene stains, marks, or blemishes cannot be returned or exchanged
  • All original tags must be on garment
  • The original sales receipt must accompany the garment
  • Accessories, Custom Dancewear, and Details Custom Costumes may not be returned or exchanged
  • The customer must pay for the shipping of the garment to our offices; and shipping fee for the new, exchanged item
  • Returned or exchanged garments will be subject to the same time frames for production and shipping as the original item(s) which were returned for exchange
